How much time does it take for an order to arrive?

Usually it takes 3-5 business days in all major cities of India, for Tier II/Tier III towns it takes 5-7 business days, for rest of the India it usually takes 10-15 business days.

My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?

Please e-mail us on support@flezora.com with your purchased order number or transaction ID. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Does Flizora provide cash on delivery in my city?

We offer cash on delivery (COD) at so many locations in India depending on the pin code. The website will automatically give you the option of COD if the pin code is served through this facility or else you can e-mail us your area PIN code on support@flezora.com so that we can check and revert.

Why are there different prices for the same product? Is it legal?

Flezora is an online marketplace platform that enables independent sellers to sell their products to buyers. The prices are solely decided by the sellers, and Flezora does not interfere in the same. There could be a possibility that the same product is sold by different sellers at different prices. Flezora rightfully fulfils all legal compliances of onboarding multiple sellers on its forum as it is a marketplace platform.

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery.Or you can cancel directly contact us on flezora support with your order ID. IN Case its dispatched for delivery further you can proceed for cancel or return policy.

Does Flezora deliver products outside India?

Yes. We deliver products outside India. But, consignee has to pay shipping and custom charges.

Why did the pick up of my product fail?

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if item meets the return criteria and is within the specified return/exchange period. For more details, please contact us at Flezora support.

I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?

We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on Flezora.

How will I detect fraudulent emails/calls seeking sensitive personal and confidential information?

If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from Flezora seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data. We at Flezora or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on “My Orders” section and press button “Track/more detail” under main menu of Website/M-site/App to check your order status.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation.

Why have I not received my Refund despite Instant Refunds policy?

For refunds taken into Bank Account (via IMPS), your refund will reflect in your account within 1 to 3 business days once it has been initiated.. For refunds to source account (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking), your refund may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account depending upon your bank partner.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

If you are returning multiple products from a single order then, you will receive a separate Return ID via e-mail for each item. If you are self-shipping the products, you can ship all the products in a single shipment. Please mention the Return IDs for all the products on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet.If mode of return is Pickup, our courier person will pickup the products from the pickup address.

Does Flezora pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pincode is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on Website/M-site/Flezora support/ App.
• We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the request placement date.
• Please keep the return shipment ready.

How do I create an account on Flezora?

You can create your account on Flezora by following these steps;
• Visit on main page of Flezora.
• Go to menu Bar
• Just click on Login/sign up button.
• Then click the signup button on bottom.
• Simply fill the following details and press ‘Continue’.
If you are already registered simply login.

How can I pay for my order at Flezora?

We support the following payment options at Flezora:
• Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Flezora assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please contact us at Flezora support.

Why is my returned product re-shipped?

This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. In the event that you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Flezora assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped item. Why am I asked for password after entering OTP while trying to login?

Flezora security policy sometimes requires you to enter your password if you have not logged in with OTP for a very long time. This is done to ensure that no one else can access your account after you have discarded your mobile number and it is assigned to someone else as per government policy.

Do I need to provide email to create an account on Flezora?

Providing an email is mandatory to create an account on Flezora. It will allow you to easily reset your password if you need to.

Why is my account locked?

Flezora locks accounts for a specified time period or permanently in case there are too many failed login attempts to your account. This is for the security of your account. You should be able to gain access back to your account by resetting your password or contact us at Flezora Support.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I shop on Flezora?

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Flezora. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

There is no option to club orders from different sellers to be delivered together as sellers could be located in different locations but you can contact Flezora support to club your order and the delivery timelines would vary based on their partnered courier service providers.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement.

Can I use Flezora to send gifts to others?

Yes, you can send gift orders to your friends/family members on Flezora. For an additional charges, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag. Your gift will also include a personalized message from you

Who can return the gift?

Both the sender and the recipient can initiate a request to return the gift item. The sender can return an item by visiting the “My Orders” tab on App/Website/M-site. The refund amount will be credited to the account using which the payment was made. Please note that when you return an item, the gift wrap charges are not credited back.
